Stadsholmen Equity is increasing its focus towards brokerage in unlisted secondaries

As part of this increased focus on secondaries, a strategic decision has been made to temporarily reduce activity in advising on rights issues. This decision has led Andreas Lindström to leave the firm and initiate a new venture—Axelina Advisors—dedicated exclusively to advising on rights issues in unlisted companies, but with an increased emphasis on international investors.

Stadsholmen Equity's organization and team otherwise remain unchanged, and we continue moving forward at the same pace but with a clearer focus. We thank Andreas for his contributions over nearly two years and look forward to continued collaboration in this new setup.
