Stadsholmen Equity acted as Lead Manager in Medpeople AB's Directed Share Issue

Medpeople, founded in 2016, is a health tech company that digitizes healthcare staffing and solves the friction in the labour market for healthcare personnel. With their offering of both short-term staffing and long-term recruitment, Medpeople has created a platform for the next generation labor market — where healthcare personnel and providers are brought together without intermediaries.

The platform is highly scalable and very popular among users, the company has a high double-digit revenue growth (+64% year-over-year) and is cash flow positive. The new funding is to be used to expand to the Netherlands and later on to the United Kingdom.
