Stadsholmen Equity is proud to have acted as Joint Bookrunner in connection with the large serial acquirer Lyvia Group AB (publ)'s successful Directed Share Issue, raising gross proceeds of approx. SEK 100 million.

Lyvia is a European group that invests in entrepreneurial companies offering software solutions and niched IT services. Founded in Sweden with the goal of being an active owner and business partner to small and medium-sized companies that have continued control of their own operations. The Transaction values the Company at SEK 6 bn and the proceeds are to be used to finance further acquisitions of attractive objects throughout Europe.
